Every line of your credit report, reviewed. Every error, disputed.
Our bilingual advisors review all three bureau reports for Chinese American clients, dispute collections, late payments and inquiries that are inaccurate or can’t be verified, and plan the work around when you need to buy a home or a car.

Services
We address records with a basis for dispute: errors, inconsistencies between bureaus, or information that creditors or collectors cannot substantiate.
Three-bureau report review
Compare accounts, balances, dates and statuses across all three bureaus to identify errors and conflicting information.
Collections & charge-offs
Request complete debt verification and dispute records that cannot be substantiated or have incorrect amounts or dates.
Late payments
Check month-by-month payment histories for inconsistent dates, bureau differences and outdated late payments.
Hard inquiries
Compare inquiries against opened accounts and challenge inquiries you did not authorize or that have no matching account.
Identity theft
Help prepare an FTC identity theft report, notify bureaus, and request freezes and removal of fraudulent accounts.
Credit structure planning
Guidance on utilization, account mix and application timing to support a more stable credit profile.
A two-minute self-check
Open your credit report and select the situations you see. The results explain what may support a dispute and what may need a different approach.
Our process
Every step has a written deliverable so you know the current status and next action. A complete cycle usually takes 4–6 months.
Report review
Your advisor reviews all three reports, identifies possible disputes and assesses their importance.
Initial disputes
Prioritize by impact, prepare evidence and letters, and submit to all three bureaus.
Results & follow-up
Bureaus generally respond within 30 days. We recheck the reports, follow up unresolved items from another angle, and assist with CFPB complaints when appropriate.
Maintenance & planning
Based on the final reports, receive guidance on card use and loan application timing to help maintain progress.
Prepare for a mortgage
The score used by a mortgage lender may differ from the one in your phone app. We prioritize work with mortgage scoring in mind.
Allow time for report updates and score changes to be reflected.
Recent collections and unpaid collections totaling over $2,000 may need attention before closing.
With your authorization, we can share progress and help avoid unnecessary repeat inquiries.

Advisors
Each client has a dedicated Chinese-speaking advisor from review to closing, so you do not need to explain your situation repeatedly.

FAQ
Cannot find an answer? Call us or leave a message below.
Will disputing a record lower my score?
No. Filing a dispute does not itself deduct points or create a hard inquiry. During investigation an account may be marked as disputed by the consumer; that notation is removed afterward.
How long does the process usually take?
A complete cycle typically takes 4–6 months. Bureau investigations generally finish within 30 days per round, depending on the number of items and creditor responses.
What will I receive after each round?
A written results report explaining what was removed or corrected, what remains, the plan for the next round and changes in the three bureau scores. Chinese explanations are available.
Do you help with CFPB complaints?
If an issue remains after the bureau's investigation, we may help submit a complaint to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). Dispute with the bureau first and wait for the investigation to finish before escalating.
Do I need to contact bureaus or collectors myself?
Usually not. If they contact you directly, tell your advisor first so we can explain how to respond.
Does a paid debt still need attention?
Payment changes the balance to zero, but a collection or charge-off notation can remain for seven years. Inaccurate information can still be disputed.
Can accurate late payments be removed?
No. Bureaus may retain accurate, verifiable information. We can help plan card use and repayment to support gradual recovery while the record remains.
How long do negative records remain?
Most negative information remains for seven years from the first delinquency; Chapter 7 bankruptcy can remain for ten years. Hard inquiries remain for two years and usually affect scores only in the first year.
What should I do about an unfamiliar account?
It may be identity theft. Do not make a payment to the other party first. Tell us promptly so we can help prepare an FTC identity theft report and notify the bureaus.
Why is my app score different from my lender's score?
Apps often show VantageScore or FICO 8, while mortgage lenders commonly use FICO 2, 4 and 5. Different models can produce scores dozens of points apart from the same report.
How soon does a score change after removal?
Once the bureau updates the report, the change is reflected the next time a score is calculated. It is generally visible within 30–45 days.
Can you guarantee a specific score increase?
No organization should guarantee a specific score. Results depend on the basis for each dispute and the findings of bureaus and creditors.
What documents should I prepare?
Identity proof, address proof from the past 60 days, an SSN document, the latest year's tax return and a three-bureau credit report. Your advisor can help obtain the report if needed.
Why do you request a tax return?
The name, SSN and address on a tax return can help verify personal information on the report. It may also support address verification when a utility bill is unavailable.
Is my information safe?
Documents and account details are stored with encryption. Only your assigned advisor can view them, with access recorded. We do not sell or share your information.
Can I dispute directly with the bureaus?
Yes. The law protects your right to dispute directly for free. Our service provides professional review, evidence preparation, multi-round follow-up and Chinese-language explanations.
Can I cancel after signing?
Yes. Federal CROA allows cancellation without penalty before midnight of the third business day after signing. Contracts covered by California’s Credit Services Act allow until midnight of the fifth working day. Other applicable laws may allow longer; follow the written cancellation notice supplied with your contract.
Is the initial review free?
Yes. Your advisor explains which items may be addressed and the expected timeline. You decide whether to sign afterward.
Book a free consultation
